Cancellation Policy

outfitgroove prioritizes clear, timely order management so changes are handled with certainty. This page sets out the cancellation window, what occurs after processing begins, and how refunds are issued.

1. Cancellation window

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, measured from the timestamp on the order confirmation email. Requests received after this window will be treated as best-effort only and are not guaranteed.

2. Once processing begins

Orders move into processing quickly, typically within outfitgroove’s standard handling time of 1-1 business days. After an order enters processing or ships, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is no longer possible, the order will proceed as placed; a return may be available under the standard returns policy.

3. How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] within the 2-hour window.
  2. Subject line: “Cancellation Request: [Order #]”.
  3. Include your order number, full name, and the email used at checkout.
  4. Confirm the item(s) to cancel and the reason (optional but helpful).
  5. Send one request per order; duplicates may delay review.

4. Refunds for approved cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex) in USD. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval, and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Taxes are refunded where applicable. Original shipping fees are refundable only when outfitgroove is at fault. No restocking fees apply.

5. Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before completing payment. Address changes may not be possible once the order is placed and especially after processing begins. outfitgroove is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors provided at checkout.

For the best chance of success, submit cancellation requests within the 2-hour window and include the order number. The team works quickly—orders often move into processing within 1-1 business days—so timely emails to [email protected] are essential.
